 So that this participative democracy tool is not exclusively reserved to European affairs insiders and organized actors (NGOs, organizations…), the Jean Monnet Association offers its network of contacts to citizens as well as their intellectual resources for the formulation of initiatives, evaluation of their goals as well as the collection of signatures through the connection of French citizens with other member states of the Union.
